Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags are in original condition and one day period after delivery has not expired.

Let us know the order number. It’s necessary to proceed to return.
Please allow 10-15 business days for your refund or exchange. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed or exchanged article has been shipped.
Pack your order in original ananas package and send it to us via any track able and insured service of your choice, at your expense.
Please note: In case of return, shipping charges will not be refunded. And in case of exchange the customer will have to pay additional delivery charges.
We accept returns and exchanges on full price items within 2 days after delivery. All sale, customized, special discount items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
For international orders
We only provide exchange/return in case of damaged or wrong product received. If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at ananas.pk@hotmail.com with a photo of the damage/wrong item and your order details. We’ll take care of it.
